‘Tis the season to hear harp music! But where? In December I will play in everything from services to symphonies – and you’re invited!
December 4:This Sunday I will play for the St Stanislaus Kostka luncheon from 11 AM to 12 noon.
December 10: Another #SecondSaturday in Nappanee and I will be back at Kountry Cabinets and Home Furnishings from 10:30 a.m. to 1 PM. If you want to sit and listen for a moment, their couches are really comfortable!
December 10: Cookies and Christmas music! Later that same Saturday, I’m playing at Nappanee Missionary Church during their cookie reception from 5PM to 6 PM then joining the orchestra and choir for their Christmas musical extravaganza.
December 11: Camp Creek Church of The Brethren invited me to be part of their Sunday morning service that starts at 10:30 a.m. but if you arrive a little early you get to hear a harp prelude.
December 17: The Elkhart County Symphony is celebrating the Sounds of the Season at 7:30 PM in The Lerner Theater. Enjoy the beautiful music in a beautiful hall. It”s the perfect Christmas event.
December 18: On the last Sunday before Christmas, I will be performing harp for Holdeman Mennonite Church starting at 9:15 AM – and they know how to sing!
Wow, I’m busy—and that’s not counting all the private events, rehearsals and senior communities that fill up my next four weeks! But these events are open to the public. Cime if you can, and if you can’t hear me live, pick up a copy of my Christmas CD “The Sounding Joy” on my website or on iTunes!
And if you still have an occasion where you need holiday harp, call 574-875-0795! I still have a few hours here and there. . .
Merry Christmas. May your season be filled with music and joy.
